Micheli SA projects

Project 1

Tunnel fireplace with gas hearth, clad in Belgian blue stone sliced into raw slabs 8–10 cm thick, sourced from quarry off-cuts. Suspended staircase with lighting provided by spotlights embedded in the stone.

Project 2

Boundary wall with traditional stonework, lake border paving using reclaimed antique stone and low, dry-stone wall using stone sourced from “Mureuse de Bourgogne”. Interior and exterior paved with reclaimed “Versailles” cobblestones. Door and window surrounds created using a combination of reclaimed bricks and molasse.

Project 3

Full construction of a swimming pool, basin built from Coffra blocks on a reinforced concrete base, floor and sides tanked, basin surface finished with Bisazza mosaic tiles, edged in natural stone, outer area paved in Spanish stone in crazy paving style. Finished with a tiled border down to the water level and a waterfall created from Mont Blanc rocks.

Project 4

Internal refurbishment of flooring, walls, ceilings including demolition, excavation, realignment, surface preparation, decorating: parquet flooring/ceiling painting/walls brushed with bespoke coloured, sand-textured paint/bathroom, staircase and fireplace in polished concrete.

Project 5

Complete renovation of a country home with all works including: earthworks, stonework and reinforced concrete, subfloors, paving, cobblestones, tiling, natural stones, swimming pool, mosaic tiles, internal and external rendering and plastering, finishing render, flue, lounge fireplace, outdoor ponds and landscaping

Project 6

Internal modernisation; flooring, walls and furniture in polished concrete, ceilings and general paintwork, demolition of open fireplace with old fire surround built in 1988, replaced with a double-sided glazed fireplace with heat recovery, wooden alcove shelving for TV installation, finished with Desideri Luce Silver base decorative coating.
